Theravada Room
The Theravada Room showcases artefacts that are commonly sighted at places where the practice of Theravada Tradition is prevalent. Most of these are from Thailand and Myanmar, two of the countries that boast of a very rich integration of Buddhism and culture over several centuries. Those with an eagle eye will notice that the statues showcased here may look alike, but upon closer examination, actually differ in their style. Some of these unique features are explained.
